Rifkind -- Daughter of the Bright Moon

Hello, my name is Rifkind.
I created this page to explain WHY my web/avatar name is Rifkind.

Rifkind is a character by Lynn Abby.

Rifkind has been my Alter ego/Avatar/Badge Name for many years. I read Lynn Abby’s books years ago and loved the character. Rifkind was a warrior and healer long before Xena arrived on the scene. She is a strong female character who can take care of herself (the Warrior side), and yet still have a nurturing side (the Healer).

I am thrilled to say that after 27 years, Lynn Abby, has now written a new Rifkind book,  which I can’t wait to read!

I am currently co-writing a historical fiction novel set in ancient Egypt during the end of the reign of Akhenaten. Our working title is currently, Red Nile
